Patty moved to Fresno from Santa Barbara in 1986. Fresno’s affordable cost of living, rich diversity, and the many high-quality schools inspired the change. She has lived in the Fresno area for the past 30+ years, raising her family, and helping run the family business.

After her kids went off to college in 2004, Patty decided to venture into real estate. This was a busy time to enter the real estate market, and within the first year, Patty was named a top producer for her brokerage. She continued developing her real estate skills and business throughout the years, building countless genuine relationships along the way. Her love for real estate stems from the trusted relationships she builds with her clients.

Patty’s passion for real estate inspired her children to follow her lead, and within no time both of her boys became top producing agents. She started working with her oldest son (Amir) in 2015, when they established The Dehlan Group. Afsheen Dehlan joined them two years later. 

Patty is extremely hard working and dedicated to her profession. Real estate is her passion, and she finds constant fulfillment in helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
